Avignonesi, Vin Santo di Montepulciano, 1990 (375ml) so032425 vodka offer The family has grown GamayAvignonesi's Vin Santo is one of Italy's most revered sweet wines, the product of obsessive, low yield winemaking. Dried Malvasia, Grechetto and Trebbiano ferment and age for years in tiny sealed caratelli with the estate's century old "madre" yeast, with a large share of the wine evaporating during the long elevage. This 1990 comes from a private collection and is now fully mature, deep golden amber and beautifully resolved.
