Philippe Jouan, Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Clos Sorbes Vieilles Vignes, 2023 so080422 magnum sale and built for oystersFrom vines exceeding 85 years old in the 1er Cru Clos Sorbes, this wine reflects traditional Burgundy winemaking with handpicked grapes fully destemmed and fermented over 12 14 days. The wine displays a complex bouquet of red plums, cherries, cocoa, and subtle oak, with a pure, full bodied palate showing fine grained tannins and a long finish.
