Salvia Argentea Artemis, 2/3L AGM heart-shaped leaves begin the summerAlso known as Silver Sage, the short lived perennial Salvia Argentea Artemis has wonderfully soft, fluffy foliage, from the fine silver hairs that shroud the leaves. Unlike most salvias, this variety is grown for its woolly foliage, not its flowers. In summer, hooded white flowers emerge on large stems these can be cut back before they seed, to prolong the life of the plant.
