Organic Buckwheat Hull, 1 lb. singing is hand painted in 24KAfter years of sitting on your buckwheat zafu (pron. zah' foo), the buckwheat hulls may become compressed. To refresh your zafu, order additional organic buckwheat hulls by the pound. For exclusive use with our cushions. Our original buckwheat zafus are filled with 4 5 lbs. of organic buckwheat hulls. We recommend ordering 1 2 lbs. of hulls to refresh a compressed zafu.
