VinB, Terre Siciliane Rosso 'D'Altri Tempi', 2024 PORTUCOUNT0125 marked by warm and consistentD'Altri Tempi"From Other Times"is VinB's answer to a traditional Sicilian red blend, mixing Nero d'Avola, Frappato, and Catarratto on terra rossa. This is natural winemaking without nostalgia: the blend speaks to what grows on this land and what emerges from working it minimally. Fermented with no sulfur added, it captures the energy of volcanic Sicilyripe dark fruit, herbal complexity, and a textural grip that demands food.
