Chateau La Renaissance, Pomerol , 2020 SO051325 Ducroux From a hilltop vineyard inChateau La Renaissance is a small property in the noble part of Pomerol, owned by the Pradel de Lavaux family, whose winemaking roots in the area trace back centuries. The vineyard is planted mostly to Merlot with a dash of Cabernet Franc, grown on Pomerol's sandy gravels and clay, then aged in barrel for a year and a half. The 2020 captures everything to love about right bank Bordeaux: plush, dark fruited, and velvety, with the savory depth that
