BROADCOM LIMITED HCPL-4701-000E Optocoupler, Darlington Output, 1 Channel, DIP, 8 Pins, 10 mA, 3.75 kV, 800 % Dedolight KA24B-U 8 AA and 2 AAAThe HCPL 4701 000E is a 1 channel very low power consumption high gain Optocoupler. Each channel can be driven with an input current as low as 40A and has a typical current transfer ratio of 3500%. This high gain coupler uses an AlGaAs LED and an integrated high gain photo detector to provide an extremely high current transfer ratio between input and output. Separate pins for the photodiode and output stage results in TTL compatible saturation
