Constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, named to RICHARD JOHANN MESCHEDE, who received the Order of the Red Eagle, III Class Cross, awarded in Berlin on 9 April 1911, as awardee 4166, certified by the handwritten signature of Albano von Jacobi, measuring 21 cm (w) x 33 cm (h), with some folding creases evident, in near extremely fine condition.
