STMICROELECTRONICS 1.5KE24CA TVS Diode, Transil 1.5KE Series, Bidirectional, 20.5 V, 33.2 V, Axial Leaded, 2 Pins Chiaro 90-UVAT58 Formats Supported DVD-ROMThe Transil 1. 5KE series from STMicroelectronics are transient voltage suppressing diodes. These diodes provide high overvoltage protection and instantaneous response to transient overvoltage by clamping action. Transil 1. 5KE series are used to protect voltage sensitive devices such as low voltage supplied IC's. The unidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for DC applications and bidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for AC applications.
