The estate is tiny at 11. 5 hectares, centered on a single exceptional site called Le Mont. The 2020 Sec is bone dry but far from minimal: it is layered, tightly wound, and shaped by the limestone rich soils of Vouvray. When Foreau issues a Sec, residual sugar is between 1 and 2 grams but never exceeding 6 grams; the vibrant
