In bronze gilt with red enamels, measuring 40. 2 mm (w) x 44. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral loop, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Cross of Charity was instituted on June 7, 1913 and was awarded to native and foreign citizens for "treating the sick and wounded during wartime".
