(1866 1918 issue). In silver with enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with black enameled arms, the obverse with a blue enameled medallion bearing a silver monogram of Queen Louise, the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing a silver date of 1865, the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop and suspension ring connecting to a period original bowtie ribbon, the
