Chai Masala Size:2 cup bag bake or sauteThe spicy heat of cinnamon, ginger and pepper meets sweet notes of cardamom, star anise and cloves along with fragrant coriander to give you the makings of a splendid cup of chai. Using a ratio of a cup of water to 1 tablespoon chai mix, simply simmer the water and spices for 10 minutes, add a teaspoon of Indian black tea or Rooibos and 1 3 cup whole milk and simmer, allowing it to foam and fall three times. Strain and sweeten.
