Lightening Bolt Skull Traditional Tattoo Acetate Stencil from Bert Grimm's There is some dust inThis vintage traditional tattoo acetate stencil comes from the estate of old school tattoo artist Col. William L. Todd who worked alongside partner Bob Shaw at the world famous Bert Grimm's Tattoo Studio at Nu Pike in Long Beach California starting in 1973. This hand etched stencil is one of a kind.
