Hobart Whisky Signature 47.3% 50cl The Sailor's Home Company some spent matches

some spent matches

some smouldering oak and charcoal

lifted by zesty orange and a sprinkle of cinnamon

The result is a gloriously smooth expression laden with all kinds of citrus and hedgerow fruits

hints of burning embers and soft creamy fruit bars

Hobart Whisky Signature 47.3% 50cl The Sailor's Home Company some spent matchesHobart Whisky Signature 47. 3% ABV 500ml A delightfully light, easy sipping single malt from Tasmanias Hobart Distillery. This expression has been matured in ex bourbon casks which let the malt forward spirit shine through. The Hobart distillery team philosophy is to make whiskies that they want to share, and they really nailed the brief with this one. Tasting note: Nose: All about sweet pastry puddings, with apple pie, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins
