Bulliat-Collonge, 'Sur le Granit' Beaujolais Blanc, 2023 *Good Stock chock full of bright red

chock full of bright red fruit

balanced by the elegant lift and floral note from 35% Chardonnay

I would have this wine as an aperitif or pop open some salty crisps to compliment that salty finish on the wine

This is truly an ambassador for Brunello di Montalcino

Mencia is blended with Alicante Bouchet and fermented as whole bunches

Bulliat-Collonge, 'Sur le Granit' Beaujolais Blanc, 2023 *Good Stock chock full of bright redSur le Granit Chardonnay pours a pale gold, lifting candied lemon blossom and ripe pear aromas against a backdrop of river stone minerality. Its medium weight palate weaves juicy orchard fruit through a spine of bright, mouth watering acidity. Silky yet stony, it carries to a long, elegant finish.
