Colonial Pennsylvania two shillings and six pence note printed by David Hall and William Sellers of Philadelphia based on an act passed on April 3, 1772. The note bears the signatures of Adam Hubley, Joel Evans, and John Mifflin. Hall and Sellers were the successors to Benjamin Franklins printing business. David Hall had been Franklins longtime printing partner before Franklin sold his share of the business
