Bova's, Boston 1906 Railroads a "vest pocket" park thatThis colorful menu cover dated circa 1906 represents a truly ethnic, period Italian restaurant in Boston, with every menu category written in Italian. Food was served at Bovas at any time of the day and a ten course dinner including wine was 75 cents. The restaurant was opened by Antonio Bova, who came to America from Calabria, and his descendants still run one of the North Ends most famous bakeries..
