A wine with a true sense of place

these vines were far too good for that and this charming Grenache was imagined

Domaine Paul Pillot, Bourgogne Chardonnay, 2022 feed-cl0-Australia wonderful cleanness and crunchBright citrus, green apple, and white flowers with the clean minerality you'd expect from Pillot. Subtle lees help to build structure and some fleshiness adds body, while maintaining and prioritising vibrancy. Serious Burgundy at a village price.
