Palate: Lots of rich fruits on the palate, like the nose its a complicated mix, some apricots and dried peach, Bakewell tart, ruby chocolate coated raisins and figs, some sweet spices like cinnamon and nutmeg with a little hint of liquorice root and stem ginger add an amazing note to the palate.
