2017 - JEAN MAX ROGER - Sancerre Rouge Vieilles Vignes, Loire Valley Jura and a further ageing ofPinot Noir from 45 year old vines planted on Kimmeridgian marls soils. Grapes are handpicked and fermented with natural yeast before a short post ferment maceration to smooth out the tannins.
