Chicken Tinga Pie Preparation:Take and Bake we now ship on TuesdayChicken Tinga is a slightly spicy, smoky and delicious treat packed with Marys chicken, tomato, chipoltle and ancho peppers. Tinga originated in Puebla, Mexico where the Mexican Army defeated the French Army in the battle of Puebla on Cinco de Mayo 1862. But you dont need to wait until Cinco de Mayo, eat one today! Our Chicken Tinga recipe comes to us from our own baker Julias mother, Irma and is a staff favorite. Order it baked or bake it at home
