Pecorino Camomilla is a semi hard Italian sheeps milk cheese aged under a blanket of dried chamomile flowers. Its floral rind imparts delicate herbal notes that balance the cheeses rich, nutty, and slightly tangy flavor. Aromatic and elegant, it's perfect for pairing with honey, white wine, or fresh fruit. A truly unique sensory experience. Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures.
