Antique Kazak Mat Woven in Armenia c. Late 19th Century 21” x 29” Retro RadioBar 39h x 23w x 20dThis richly colored antique Kazak mat, woven in Armenia in the late 19th century, is a gem of tribal weaving on a small scale. The design features a tightly organized grid of medallions filled with angular, stylized floral forms and latch hook motifs, rendered in a bold palette of madder red, deep green, ivory, and black. These motifsoften seen in larger Kazak rugstake on a jewel like intensity here due to the compact format and saturated colors. Mats
