The extra ABV just helps this pack more flavour than the Midleton Rare Casks. A bottling I usually adore on the occasions Ive tried it in the past, although this is the first time Ive written proper notes. Colour: gold. Nose: golden syrup drizzled over passion fruit with ripe pineapple, melon, caramelised brown sugar and some sultanas stewed in old calvados. Simple and totally beautiful with these
