The peace in this bucolic landscape was like putting on a soft coat and being nestled in its warmth and silence

This series is inspired by the energizing nature of being waterside in the summer

All the shades of blues and greens sparkle brightly

Winter Birch Whispers 1 Mary Jane Page Such as beautyThis painting is one of a series of three. Inspired by the northern winters in Muskoka, Ontario. The Birch tree is a symbol of renewal and protection. Our boreal forests go quiet in the winter, and in some places, they become magical, as if you listen closely, you might hear the whispers of the land. I seek to quietly capture those moments in the grip of winter. Size: 12" x 12" x 1. 5"
