Louisiana 1963 License Plate Vintage Blue Pelican Wall Decor 18220 Moped As of 9/1/20 this pairHere we have a vintage 1963 Louisiana license plate, featuring the iconic pelican, blue coloring, and the number 18220. It would be a neat gift for someone who lives in Louisiana, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a Louisiana lover. License plates also make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states
