Washington Boy Solves Parking Problem Bryce Canyon National Park If you have any questionsStep back in time with this truly unique vintage Washington, DC photograph! Anyone familiar with parking in DC will know what a struggle it can be, and this image from the 1930s shows us that the problem is not new! In the image, a young boy tackled the era's parking problems with a hint of creativity. The boy used a lawn mower motor along with a set of motorcycle gears to build a miniature car that fits perfectly in small gaps between other cars.
