When iron levels are optimal

Grass-Fed Beef Spleen | Nature's Iron regeneratively sourced All our mushroom powder extractsNatures Iron Beef Spleen is the richest natural food source of heme iron (the type of iron which is most readily absorbed by the body). Iron is a really important micronutrient as its vital for oxygen transportation, the production of thyroid hormone and immunity. When iron levels are optimal, people tend to report increased energy and overall resilience, whereas when theyre low this is associated with fatigue, irritability, weakness and depression.
