Local Pie, English Apple Holiday Fixins That is why we areApple pies are a dime a dozen when you are shopping so we wanted to make sure that our truly stood out. The use of locally sourced Okanagan apples gives the pie a fresh, authentic taste. The roasting of the apples with spices and sugar creates a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. The addition of a sugar cookie crumble on the crust adds an extra layer of texture and sweetness that will be sure to delight.
