Known for their silvery appearance

The meaty leaves and tree like growth makes for a great easy to care for plant

These would be happiest in a bright filtered light and taking care to avoid direct sun

This can be achieved by adding extra amendments such as kiwi/orchid bark and horticultural charcoal

This special plant is native to parts of Florida and the Caribbean

Maranta leuconeura Size:4" Pot Known for their silvery appearanceWe love Maranta! This Brazilian species is phototropic which means they move in response to light throughout the day. They slowly 'open' their leaves to capture the light during the day and at night they 'close' upward. Hence the "prayer plant" nickname. Care Maranta can be fairly easygoing! They prefer a bright filtered light while being sheltered from direct sun. They like their conditions to be slightly ore on the moist side, so water as the top 1"
