Domaine Milan Vin de France Brut Nature Blanc 2023 Variety_Melon Blanc Home to the Joly family' The still wine which is the base for this wine is made from directly pressed Macabeu and Grenache Gris grown in clay and limestone soils, under blue clay in Saint Remy de Provence. The vines are about 16 years old. The wine was aged in concrete tanks (the Milans, like many of our winemakers, are keen on concrete tanks for maturing their wines) with no added sulphites then bottled without dosage or added sulphites but with the addition of a Champagne
