《香料奶茶製作步驟》成份：錫蘭紅茶、綠豆蔻、黑豆蔻、肉豆蔻、丁香、黑胡椒、肉桂、茴香、八角*材料準備：250ml 水400ml 全脂牛奶50g薑（切碎）15g 糖步驟一：水倒入小鍋中煮至沸騰，轉細火。步驟二：放入薑及香料茶包，煲10-15分鐘，期間不時稍微攪拌，直至剩餘少量水份。步驟三：倒入牛奶，繼續細火煮至起泡，請勿離開，並不時稍微攪拌一下。步驟四：牛奶沸騰後繼續煮2分鐘，然後熄火。步驟五：加入糖。加什麼糖可依照個人喜好，（我個人偏好加黑糖）步驟六：用濾袋或隔網過濾茶渣步驟七（非必要）：來回拉茶數次，以降低奶茶溫度及起奶泡。步驟八：稍安毋躁，趁熱飲用。*薑，奶，糖可按個人喜好調教，以上只為建議份量**如一次煮多於一包，準備材料則乘以香料包數目，例如一次煮2個香料包，則需準備：500ml 水800ml 全脂牛奶100g薑（切碎）30g 糖如此類推，而煮茶時間維持不變
